Kudos ...
 I was completely surprised receiving the very cool calendar in the mail yesterday. This would be a very difficult class act to follow. I am members of two other organizations and never received anything as nice and useful as this calendar. I am very pleased to be part of your membership/organization and appreciate your personal touch for the holiday season. Thank you PHIA for your CARES behaviors for: Continuous Learning, Accountability, Respond and Respect, and reaching Superior outcomes.

We just talked about our recent seminar during our monthly
all staff meeting. The seminar provided by Sherry Thomas was praised by senior management for "the delivery of the information and Sherry Thomas' ability to get staff to buy into being vested in the coding and billing process which in turn will improve revenue". I wish I would have started the courses with PHIA last year instead of going to two other traditional colleges wasting time and (especially) money and not learning anything.
